Growing up in Northern Michigan, just a short distance from the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, I have constantly been surrounded by incredible scenery. From my young years, I had always loved exploring the landscapes and finding new locations to take in the breathtaking views the area had to offer.
I took on photography in the fall of 2018, when a relative generously gifted me an old camera of his. Then, I was just a 16 year old that was fascinated with what a camera could do but no idea how to work one. After countless Youtube tutorials and lots of trial and error, I quickly began to see my improvement in every photoshoot. I became attached to my camera and my hobby developed into a passion. Years later, I couldn't be more thankful for that first camera that sent me down this path and am eager to keep learning and improving.
